ORDERING FROM A GIFT REGISTRY:
Orders can be made by phone or email - j3design@speakeasy.net or by scheduling a visit to my studio. See actual registry and sculpted ceramics pages for details of items on wish list. I will update the wish list when an order has been completed to avoid duplicate purchases.
PAYMENT:
Cash | Check or Money Order (payable to Jaye Parrish-J3 Design) | Major Credit Cards via Square | or Paypal. For Square card payments not completed in person, please call # listed on registry to provide required information. Upon payment, buyer will receive an email with payment confirmation. At time of order, please also provide the name(s) you would like to include on the gift acknowledgement.
TAX:
I live and work in one of New Orleans’ cultural districts where there is no city tax charged on original artworks, so there will be no city tax charged on gift registry orders. From April 1 - June 30, 2016, there will be a 5% state tax added. From July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2018, there will be a 3% state tax instead. After June 30, 2018, the state tax for cultural districts will revert back to 0%.
GIFT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
I will send a gift card and notify the recipients of purchases as they occur. At the time of ordering, please let me know what name(s) should appear with the acknowledgement. You may also wish to send your own card with a personal message.
DELIVERY:
Once the gift registry has closed (within 6 months of wedding), a final summary of orders will be compiled. During and after the time registry is open, items will be hand-made. Completion of large registries may take up to 6 months after a registry closes with completion time dependent on any changes made to the registry list by couple once it has closed and/or the time of the year.
SHIPPING:
If the recipients are unable to pick up their gift-registry items, shipping will cost 20-30% of the purchased items, depending on the size and quantity of item(s) ordered by an individual - to be paid at time of purchase.
